Account stopped working

My widget just started telling me I only have a free version and all EyeTV support has stopped.

I have my paid account user/pass entered but still tells me it's only a free trial version

Hi Russell,

We need a little more information to diagnose the problem in this instance.

What is your iceguide userid?

Are you using the account in any other PVR? If so, is that having problems as well?

Rather than post your userid online it would be contact support directly either via email at support@icetv.com.au or by phoning 1300 654 803.
