subscription notupdating

I have a 6000PVRt and have just renewed my iceTV subscription, which had been expired 3 days. The programme list will not update and the window on the list says my subscription has expired and must be renewed. How do I remedy this?

Hi Mick,

I searched for your IceTV Username and found an old "Media Centre" account which expired some time ago. I cannot find any account that you have with a Topfield TF6000 registered. Please contact our Customer Support on 1300 654 803 (9am - 9pm weekdays, 12 - 6pm weekends & Public Holidays - Sydney time) so that we can look further into this matter for you and resolve it.
