Question about Wireless Connection Strength on Icebox2
« on: May 13, 2007, 10:51:16 PM »
My wireless connection strength is usually poor (sometimes good). What are the possible "strength" levels? Also, how adversely would a "poor" strength effect things?

Thanks, Paul.

yeah doesn't matter how poor it is, the icebox only transmits a very small amount of data once a day.

I have seen 'good' and 'strong'.

I started with Poor, without any problems.
My router is a couple of rooms away from the IceBox2.
I had limited success by raising the IceBox about 20cm - fluctuated between Porr & Good. I then moved the IceBox around a little (20-30cm) and now always register a Good signal.
