Firmware Update

Topfield 2400 - I have the firmware upgrade set to automatic upgrade which looks like it hasn't happened for a while. I did the start firmware upgrade and it is saying that it cannot resolve the server address. What does this mean and why? Thanks

I have never been able to use the address that is in the Toppy to upgrade the software.  If you have a usb drive, download the software onto that & then plug that into your Toppy & download the new software that way.  Bit more of a hassell, but it's the only way to do it.  The Toppy can't cope with the web address for the Australian software upgrade, for some reason.
