From long experience with PVR firmware I can say without fear of contradiction that frequently things pop up that mean that it is best to delay the release. I am sure we all are agreed that a buggy update would not be well received.

I really should keep my nose out - no longer my concern, but... I agree that it is best not to send out a buggy update, but I think what people get annoyed at (as would I) is the lack of information forthcoming from IceTV.
I mean, Heinz made a promise, (in fact, two promises) wouldn't it be nice of him to issue an update, as clearly neither promise was kept
