Why is there no phone support for iceTV??? I have a new Beyonwiz and I can't activate my free 3 month trial. I have sent multiple requests for help in the last 3 weeks and had no response except 1 response that said my query had been resolved! My query has NOT been resolved! How can you expect us to pay for a service that has NO interest in helping resolve issues. Why is there no phone support!

There are no tickets in the support queue that are 3 weeks old! Check your spam folder in case our replies ended up there.

Be aware that any replies to support enquires get sent to the email address that is in your IceTV account. They do NOT get sent to the address you send the request from (unless you don't have an IceTV account).
