I called up support yesterday evening to tell them, and they did verify the problem. Told me to download the guide in an hour, but still missing today.

(Also missing from Remote, so database still isn't complete?)


18 was definately the rollup that broke the IceTV guide downloads, that was fixed easily. But yes, the series recording was sorta "working" then stopped. I'll watch it for the next few weeks...

I've got the same problem here. It's hard to work out whether it's a MCE issue or an IceTV one. To me it's obviously a MCE problem of some sort, since it's the one storing the series recording, and it happily lists the Series Recording names, and then fact it's showing in X days time, but doesn't put a red dot next to it.

The same messages appear when I hit the record button on it, it says "Do you want to include this as part of series recording that already exists" or something like that.

hehehe...I already gave IceTV a small "plug" after Jrobbo's announcement.

BTW, do I need to purchase a seperate "product" to use IceTV with Web Scheduler, when I've got a subscription already? (For MCE2005)

We Canberra users have this issue with PRIME HD and MCE2005. The channel is still "listed" but the frequency disappears from the Edit Channel list.

As for the greater problem of finding less channels, I believe the procedure to fix that is to scan, then STOP the scan, DELETE ALL, and then restart the scan. MCE is completely inconsistent into what it seems to find, especially after the install of a new EPG (be it BRP, IceTV etc).

I still get the same error despite Shane's suggestions.

It doesn't occur on the first "update", but only after a few hours it seems...

I currently have the "Update MCE Guide" unticked, and the Reset Media Centre ID ticked as well as the Fix DVB Guide issues ticked.

My update frequency is 5 minutes, and the task now only runs on the one account.

I got this error message. A bit different to yours though. I have to restart the PIMP client to make the scheduled programs "take effect".

Hmm...that time is when I updated PIMP to I think...

I do run Remote Desktop on my MCE machine with the concurrent login "fix". ie. I may have had PIMP running on two seperate users. I moved the Startup shortcut to only the 1 login now instead of All Users :)

Could this have been the cause?

When I click on the Scheduled tab in PIMP, everything is there, but it's doubled up...

ie. two entries for everything I've recently recorded and scheduled...

Any ideas?
