Word has it that the broadcasters are going to start updating their now and next info up to the minute. Any chance Ice will be able to take advantage of that for interactive recordings?

Yea last week my 7 Qld went screwy, I ended up with Seven News, then Today Tonight, so missed my local news recording (and I was out of town so didnt get to catch up). Looks like it is OK this week however

Got a response from ICE Support... it turned out that I had a device 0 and a device 2, didnt work because I had no device 1. Support added in a device 1 and now all is working.

Beyonwiz / Timers disappeared - and wont come back...

Hi

I added a H1 to my P2 last week. I added the device in Ice Interactive, and added a couple of timers. Made sure all recordings had a device specified.

I have EPG working on both devices properly, I have set the Device name in both devices, and checked the connection.

I never received any timers for the new H1, and now all timers have disappeared from the P2. I have tried re-sending them, but they arent showing up on either device. I tried clearing the ICE Cache on the P2 and the EPG cache on the H1, but still nothing.

Any ideas? Has something screwed up in my account preventing the timers sending over?

Why do I have a red series donut on tonight's Talkin Bout your Generation?

It looks like you have a series recording setup for that on your My Shows page.

Sorry, yes It is set to record, but is a donut still, and hasn't set the timer on my Beyonwiz

Has your Beyonwiz been out of standby since you set the recording on IceTV?

Yes. In fact it hasn't been IN standby. Also, Gavin & Stacey was definitely set up yesterday, but I noticed tonight it had disappeared from the BW, and the indicator on Ice TV had turned back into a donut....

This is getting a bit frustrating...!

Now I seem to be having some issues with Interactive and my Beyonwiz. I am getting grey donuts and shows not scheduling on the BW. Talkin Bout Your Generation, Law & Order SVU and Criminal Intent all worked last week, but haven't worked this week. I missed TBYG but have found the problem soon enough to save L&O...

What's happening? Why work one week, and not the next? Why only some shows? Come on guys, this is crazy!!!!

I managed to get my 7 Qld recording timers set last night by clearing the ICE Cache on my Beyonwiz. When I went to bed, all timers were in the timer list. We were out tonight, and to my surprise, when I arrived home, the timers were still in the timer list, however none of the shows recorded.

Any ideas? I have since deleted all expired timers, and will see how it goes over the weekend, but we still won't get any of those shows back...

I have set 7 Queensland to use LCN 7 and 70 in the channel listing. However some of my timers refuse to set... 7 Local News and 7 News are coming up with Yellow warning symbols on the Interactive guide. I have set and reset the HD / SD settings etc as people have mentioned above...

Any ideas?

Edit: Looks to be all programs on 7 that aren't working...

Beyonwiz / Re: IceTV & channel mapping

The problem with a channel mapping screen is look at all the problems it causes with the Topfield.    The way the ICEguide works now to the Beyonwiz is perfect, it matches the LCN info in the ICEguide data and it is foolproof.   By having two XML LCN channels for the one guide entry is going to create lots of problems.   Can't you have two queensland regions, and call one of them "Regional Qland Seven=7" and "Regional Qland Seven=6" or something like that, you wouldn't need to create another load of data as what you have said is that you already have the data there.
