Your media centre hasn't logged into IceTV servers since 2019-01-28 23:07:54 last night so maybe the PC needs a restart but it's "over to you" if it's a PC problem:)

Hi Herbie,

I'll throw this out to all our Beyonwiz U series forum members as I think if you had a Beyonwiz U4 and a WizTV you could record catch-up TV and, heavenly, skip the excruciating recurring adverts on the commercial ones.  It's because WizTV uses HDMI - In on the U4 so enabling recording.  if you have poor internet you could even record netflix setting the series to record in the morning when the bandwidth is available and all the episodes should be there when you get home.

IceTV has always defined a subscription month as 30 days.  Unfortunately your eagle eye has spotted that, for reasons I do not know, it has been lost on our new site.  It will be updated.  Nevertheless to go back to 29-11018 via the wayback machine, which would have been the live site until about 01:00am on 05:12:18, you will see it was clearly stated in "Subscriptions": https://web.archive.org/web/20180605132341/https://store.icetv.com.au/subscriptions

The new site will be updated to be quite clear as to what IceTV  defines as a "month", first thing tomorrow.

Hi, it isn't as easy as it looks!  The problem is that My Series is, simplistically, a static database of your series recordings, favourites and keywords whereas the My Week is a filtered selection of your recordings, keywords and keywords from the TV Guide section of the database, which is very much live and horribly complex. Someday we will do a complete re-write of the whole legacy system but that's a huge undertaking which I can't afford right now and the benefits for our current business model would be miniscule.  With hindsight it would have been great if we'd thought of the "My Week" at the original design phase but that was well before the evolution into web and smartphone management.

Hi, did you try the obvious of clearing your cache as this new site has been tested across all platforms?

Regarding whether you like it or not I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder and it satisfies my desire to promote IceTV's features in a simple way, not get bogged at the outset in selling PVRs.  All subscribers user functionality within the TV Guide drop down have not changed at all so the changes should not effect them whatsoever.

I just saw you log in to IceTV so something's been fixed in its network. If the eps you have donít set you may need to rerun the IceTV wizard as Iím not sure how much of a reset you have done.

Hi Raymond,

IceTV uses Amazon (AWS) servers and have virtually no outages (but never say never!). Your T2 hasnít logged into our server since about 10:45 this morning so Iíd check itís networking. Information is the best place as it has two green light for local WiFi and internet connectivity, or network test via network adapteers.

Hi,  we are working on it asap today.  We had to do a major Android update, instigated by Google: "starting November 1, 2018, updates to apps and games on Google Play will be required to target Android Oreo (API level 26) or higher.".  We ran the update through the Google simulators with no problems but a few bugs have still crept through.

One question - what do you mean by the sync now feature as, somewhat embarrassingly, we are unsure what that feature is?!
