...and TBAs are called as such until we are certain of the air time as networks are notorious for changing air dates at the last minute.  You can still set it to record and it will do so if and when (!) it does air.

We intentionally keep them for 7 days after airing so that if anyone misses setting one they at least have the opportunity to catch the second episode.

I already answered you via a support ticket. It is a bug but one that only occurs in the rare case when a regional user has regional channels disabled. I have the same issue but had never noticed as I use my iPhone My Week for New Series. It is on the bug list but not a high priority Iím afraid.

The problem is that the issue is sporadic and rare so we haven't enough info to track and understand it, yet you are having it repeatedly.  My U4 doesn't have the problem, only a few (maybe 10?) T/U/?V users have reported it.  Could you try re-installing the BWiz firmware it see if it solves it?

Hi everyone,

Yes we had a server outage last night which has caused some red eyes this morning (!) but all is OK now except that if any new recordings were set after 9:50am will need to be reset.

It's a fault on our part in that V series are also being labelled as T series in the user's Guide Settings. It hasn't popped up before as few people have both T and V. Looking at our internal log right now your V2 logged in at 10:46 and is listed as a T series in your Guide Settings but after a minute or so on refreshing your Guide Settings page a T series was then listed as logging in at 10:47 and our internal logs showed that as a T2.  We'll put it on our to-do list of bugs.

...update from Guide Team manager - no changes were made though there will be quite a few very soon as 7 seem to have gone "rogue" with lots of TBAs to be updated.

Hmmm- we have had the show confirmed as set by the T2 hence the "solid" red dots but at 10:22 on 10 June it confirmed back to IceTV that it had been completed. That would be a hiccup with the T2. I can't re-schedule it as our servers have it already set and confirmed. Is the Android app updated which can take a few seconds and are the dots "hollow" red ones or grey?  Simple solution is to reset it manually on the T2.  I've asked the guide team if it was rescheduled but no reply yet as they are probably finished for the day.

Are they showing as set in the T4 timer list?  If not will they manually set via the remote?

I just checked your account and I can see the eyeTV downloaded its EPG at 14:43 which was about seven minutes after you posted this forum question.  Is it OK now?

I fear it may be at the end of its life.  You've done remarkably well with it, mine lasted a year:(

This is an argument that has been going around in IceTV for years. If it has been on before it is a repeat and, as weíve had most of our subscribers for a long time, they would have recorded it if they wanted to.  Just because 9 chooses to call it a premiere, which maybe it is for them, doesnít make it a first run. Yes if it gets recorded in error they can delete it but thatís not how IceTVís service is supposed to work. Why do you, and only you, want it incorrectly marked as a 1st run?

Hi Judy,

Because you have enabled a new channel you'll need to re-run the IceTV setup wizard as an existing user to force it to download its guide data.  Resending only sends timers.
