Hi BazzaG,

It looks like the recording was sent down on the 3rd, but then the Beyonwiz marked it as complete on the 6th for some reason. This is why its looking like it is on the website.

This has happened only once before that we know of, and I am having a look through our logs to see if I can find out what happened.

Hi Ian,

Looking at the list of recordings confirms my suspicions, its not overlapping recordings, but multiple separate recordings where it stops and starts.

We have seen this once before on MD's Beyonwiz, and Beyonwiz never managed to find the issue, but it looked to be related to a crash in enigma2.

The only fix we managed was that he had to reflash the firmware via USB and set the device up from scratch, since then it hasn't happened again.

The simplest way to find out how to construct more complicated searches is to go to TV Guide TV Guide, and click on Create Keyword Recording or Favourite just below the search box.

That gives you a fill-in-the-form interface to creating the search. In the bar at the top of the page, you can see the query being constructed as you go. It also incidentally gives you a list of all the fields that you can search on.

To the IceFolk: I really don't like the very thin fonts and some of the colour choices in the support pages. In particular, I find the the pale grey text on a white background in the examples panel in the Keyword Record section of https://support.icetv.com.au/hc/en-us/articles/227076207-Using-Series-Recording-Favourites-Keyword-Recording-and-Keyword-Favourites all but impossible to read, and the rest of the text merely hard to read (in Mac Firefox 75.0). I also find the thin fonts and colour of the links in the main contents page for support (https://support.icetv.com.au/hc/en-us) difficult to read.

Hi, I had a bit of a look around, but I couldn't find what I was looking for. I know that you can narrow down search terms in the pattern section of keyword recordings, but is there a list somewhere of what you can use to do this?

Definitely a weird one, being in the past it will be a bit harder to figure out what happened, should hopefully have an answer on this one by the end of the week.

Yep, this is the same for all shows... if you are not looking at an actual airing of a show (so it isn't showing a start time) then you will only be able to set a Series recording and not a Single.

If you are looking at an actual airing (so a start time is listed), then the option to record a Single showing will be available.

This is how the system works, as without selecting the add recording option on an actual airing its impossible to actually schedule a Single recording.

Hi ChrisW,

There was an issue with the filename earlier today, but was resolved around 3pm.

I have tested the feed and it is correct, however I am not sure how often the Skippa caches the image.

A reset should fix it, but otherwise it would just take time until the Skippa caches the channel logo again.

Ok, now its looking better on your account, the fix is live, and any other affected timers will be fixed up by the system in the next couple of hours.

I have found the issue, it is to do with the DST crossover, working on a fix.

Just as an update on this one (sorry for the delay) and a fix has been put in place on the IceTV server.

So this one has now been fixed.

As an update, the change went through last night, so all timers will now show up in the apps.

Yeah, these are all keyword favourites, next update will have the icon fixed and showing.
