This still hasn't been fixed in Canberra, with the 6:30 PM show still being flagged as repeats today (Thursday 3 Dec), Monday 7 Dec and Wednesday 9 Dec. I don't yet know about future episodes, but as I said in the OP, the 6:30 PM shows are NOT repeats.

The Drum is now being shown only twice on weekdays on ABC News 24. The first showing is at 6:30 PM, with a repeat later that night or early next morning. It is no longer being broadcast on ABC 1 at 5:30 PM, so the 6:30 PM show should not be marked as a repeat.

SKIPPA / Re: skippa & paypal claims
« on: November 22, 2015, 02:25:06 PM »
Just a reminder for those who ordered a Skippa on Day 1 ( 25 May), today is the last day you can lodge a claim with PayPal.

You're right Ian. My Skippa has received the updates, and all seems well. Thanks John and the rest of the team at IceTV. I know it must be extremely difficult after a major event when all the channels change their programming at short notice.

All the following shows - The Beautiful Lie and all the late night repeats are delayed by approximately 20 minutes as well. At this time (17:45 AEDT), IceTV has not adjusted the guide. If they don't get on to it soon, there are going to be a lot of annoyed customers.

SKIPPA / Re: What Happens with Skippa when all the Dust Settles

I support the OP 100%. Even with the limitations described above, in combination with IceTV, the Skippa is a fantastic PVR. I would love it if a co-operative of some sort could be formed to support the existing users.

Apparently there are a few thousand more Skippas that have been manufactured and are being held in a warehouse somewhere. If they could somehow be released, there would be a reasonably large user base.

One fact that has been forgotten, the Skippa concept is a great one, it won't take long for the new company or others, to realise this and to either support the existing units or offer an alternative.

Yes! We're all licking our wounds at the moment, but even with the few bugs, isn't using Skippa a great leap forward?

If the forum remains positive, it will encourage further investment of time and money into this concept.

Fat Tony & Co is flagged as a repeat in the Canberra guide for tomorrow (23 March) when it is obviously a new episode.

Oops, I meant Monday 7 October. But I see it's been fixed now. Thanks.   :)

The episode of Breaking Bad on ABC2 next Tuesday, 8 October at 9:20PM, Live Free or Die, is a new episode for free-to-air TV, not a repeat as shown in the Guide.

Me too... although it seems much better this evening.  :)

It's been really slow the past three or four weeks, and getting worse, until just now.
