May have been suggested before, but would be cool to have this. Things would stand out more. Maybe initially system-provided colours (Movie = blue for everyone) but later on move to user-choice.

Because of the way IceTV uses one 'level' of Genre I can see some possible issues. Hopefully, in the future, they'll redo the data model and split out the 'type' (Movie, Documentary, Series) from the 'genre'  (History, Comedy, Western). In fact I'll add that as my 3rd suggestion in a minute!

If they do that, then the Type can be an icon and the Genre a colour.

Priority = medium

Both on Web and Android (etc). Would be great to just show today, (say Monday), then select Next or pick Friday to jump. Say via a dropdown selection box.  I'd rate this is high priority, at least compared to the other one(s) I'm about to add.

Could help performance as the My Week page is 'heavy' as there's lotsa data loaded in the background (I think!).  Maybe load today only, then - a bit later, grab tomorrow's data etc.

IceTV EPG Content / AFL: One Week at a Time (One HD) is a repeat
« on: August 01, 2011, 06:23:38 PM »
Melbourne. Tues Aug 2nd at 1am.  Repeat but not flagged

Some shows, like this one
Monster Garage ‘Remote Control Monster’  7mate  Sat, 7 May 2011 at 4pm (Melb) are marked as

"...60 minutes, PG, Documentary, WS, HD, Series, Repeat..."  <emphasis mine>

But I can't find a way to Search for HD content. I tried Desc, Title.  Is there a way?  I'd love to set up a Favourite for HD Movies. Thanks.

I tried adding a KWF with Genre=Movie and HD Only, but it picked up Terminator 3 on Nine (SD). So something went wrong....

AFAIK it's a repeat....but not flagged in Ice for Melb.

Last week I set, via my Interactive Account page, ABC1 to be sent to the DP-P2 as  LCN 21.   Just noticed the auto-record faves sent this week are still LCN 2. So I manually set a brand new timer this morning (thinking it may have been a hiccup with existing faves)...but it too just appeared as LCN 2 on the PVR.  Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi, more of a comment.  I have a Beyonwiz DP-P2 with IceTV.  Just noted something interesting. Daylight savings about to end here in Vic, so clocks go back 1 hour (thanks for the email too, Ice!)

Without doing anything, my Timers for tomorrow (first day after change) are still 'correct'.  As an example ABC1 has "Insiders" every Sunday at 9:00am (local clock time).  IceTV website shows it as 9:00am tomorrow.

Yet my Timer for it has set itself - via IceTV - as 10:00am start. From my maths, this would still fire correctly if I did NOT adjust the PVR's clock for the end of Daylight Savings.  9am real clock = 10am for un-adjusted PVR (?).  The other timers from then on are  also 1 hour 'out' too.

Obviously it would cause confusion if I left it this way, but I thought it was interesting. Designed that way?

"Out Of The Ashes" ABC1  Sun, 13 Feb 201  7:30pm Melb is a Documentary, but has no I nearly missed it!  Luckily my neighbour just told me it was on.

Melb  Thurs Jan 13th  7:30pm

7 Mate advertising this 2 hour special and Yahoo has it listed too. IceTV has the 1 hr "The Universe:  Constellations" followed by another 1 hr show.

IceTV EPG Content / Ashes (Ch 9 Melb) cricket is no longer 'Cricket'
« on: December 03, 2010, 10:08:34 AM »
Fri 3 Dec 2010.  I have Favourite for genre = Cricket. It picked up the last Test, but the one starting today has no Cricket set in the Genre tag.  Think it's just "Sport".

IceTV EPG Content / At The Movies (ABC1 Melb 17 Nov) flagged as Repeat
« on: November 17, 2010, 08:56:11 PM »
Nearly missed this recording. Is it really a repeat?

My Upcoming Shows RSS for me only shows a few shows and for a single day.... next Saturday, 6 days from now!  I'm using Google Reader if that helps.

Ahh, all my keywords had vanished when I checked in this morning on the Interactive web site.  Anyone else got this?  I had about 10 but now big fat zero.  IceTV support busy and are on "please leave a message" mode.  Wonder if it's lots of people calling up about this?

Do they have a Service Status page like the ISPs do?

IceTV EPG Content / Catalyst (Thurs Aug 26 ABC1 Melb) flagged as repeat?

I don't think this is really a repeat. But I could be wrong...

IceTV EPG Content / One Week at a Time - flagged repeat?
« on: August 24, 2010, 01:48:00 PM »
Can't work out why my this wasn't recorded on my DP-P2. Has worked the last few weeks.

Was the above - One HD  9:30pm Monday Aug 23 - flagged as a Repeat (in error)?  Is there any way that we can see older data, so to help us work out what went wrong?  Thanks.
