Hi. On both my iPhone and iPad I am not able to set recordings. Hopefully the attachment works and you can see the error message. I get the same message on both iPhone and iPad. I have reset as per the instruction and this does not help.

Yes, my account is current and paid up for months.

Please advise. Thanks.
