Title: program guide and remote scheduling no longer working

My programme guide has not updated for a few days now and stops at Dec 23. Remote scheduling does not update either. Have tried to do both manually and nothing happens. I've even installed EyeTV on a different computer and gone through the setup procedure. It recognises my Ice TV account and next renewal date but wont download any programme guide at all.

I sent a message to Ice TV via their online form but as they've never replied to any messages I've sent before I don't expect a reply this time. Anyone else having the same problem?

Hi M,

I thought this issue sounded familiar and sure enough when I did a search I found I'd answered your email today. Check your cameraperson email messages.

Actually looking at your account again I notice a lot of deleted series recordings. Did you delete a device from your account?
