Does anyone answer phones at the office? To say I'm disappointed is an understantment >:( >:( >:(

Your Humax WiFi dongle is faulty. See my reply to your first email.

We don't have incoming phone support for now. If we deem a question or problem too hard to solve via email or would take too long via email we will then phone the customer.

A customer's first means of contacting IceTV needs to be via emailing support or sales or feedback at icetv.com.au or our contact us page:
