Title: IceGuide for MythTV/Linux
Post by: kingj03 on April 12, 2005, 05:51:36 PM
So I've been writing an XMLTV grabber in Perl (basically just grabs from the web site and saves to a file) for Iceguide and here it is. Didn't take too much work because of the nice CGI documentation and the fact that it's already in XMLTV format (well a superset, but it doesn't seem to bother MythTV).

I was able to configure it using MythTV and loaded up Melbourne's data set and it looks okay. Let me know if there are any problems with it.

I've attached the script. The following message will contain a PDF document describing its use.
Should work as a drop-in replacement for any similar tv_grab_au file but read the document anyway.

* Removed attachment -- it's not posting properly, PM me if you want it.

Edit: The files are available at my webspace.
