Any updates for Media Portal?

Hi all,

I'm really keen to use the full IceTV product, with Interactive etc, but am reading that whilst IceTV works from an EPG and Series Recording point of view, the Interactive part it isn't compatible with Media Portal? - This is really the major benefit of IceTV as I want to use my iPhone for it.

Does anyone know if this is planned to be added, and if so an eta?

Hi, I think this topic is now really important considering Windows 10 is coming and MCE is no longer supported. I recently changed my media centre to Media Portal to start working out what the best future state is (considering both Kodi and Media Portal). Having installed Media Portal and configured it quite easily I am probably going to stick with this product.

Not upgrading to Windows 10 is not an option for security considerations and quite frankly if Microsoft is not supporting media centre, then I am not going to support Microsoft.

ICE TV - I am a member up to 2019, come on team Ice TV, get me some interactive services through XML/ Media Portal.

Why ditch Media Center and Windows 7 or 8.1 just because Windows 10 is coming? Media Center still works extremely well in Win7 and 8.1 and you already own it and have it working how you want, right, so why change?

I thought I would second Apastura's comment regarding interactive support for Media Portal.
