I thought I'd list mine, as everyone else is

Healthy Homes TV 10 Bold, 3:30pm, Sun, 24 Jan 2021, 30 minutes
I watched this show yesterday, and they said it was the last of the series, so presumably, this one is a repeat

The Project 10 HD, 11:30pm, Mon, 25 Jan 202160 minutes (end the rest of the week)
The Late Late Show With James Corden 10 Shake, 4:05am, Wed, 27 Jan 2021, (this is on about midnight, so this is a repeat - same on Thursday)

The Ellen DeGeneres Show 9Gem, 10:30am, Thu, 28 Jan 2021 (This is on every day, I have deleted the ones from earlier)
Cheers,
Judy

Hi Judy,

Re. your screenshots of "double ups".
On your V2, do you have two x timers set for "Grand Designs"?  If so, both set for 19:42 start (minus your pre-padding) or some other start time,
The Wiz won't allow a timer for the same start time/service, at least I I don't believe, so one should be different (likely by 5 mins).
Or is one set for each of LCN 2 and 21 (the two ABC TV services)

Same for "Qi" 21:28?

Then we get to Adam Hills, where I can see one is set for the one of the SD services and one for the HD service (ABC TV and ABC TV HD respectively).  Again, actually two timers on the V2?
A while ago I removed the simulcasts from my IceTV account, so that can't happen to me. I'm not convinced the IceTV scheduler is good enough to track the timers, their services, and changes and match them up.
There's been posts on the forum that tend to suggest that sometimes it doesn't get it right.
I know I'm not alone in stripping back the enabled services in one's account.

You can open http://beyonwizv2/api/timerlist in a browser and grab these 6 entries for each relevant timer -

Grand Designs has been on, so now that i've deleted it, I don't remember exactly what the times were

With QI two are listed on IceTV's website but only one timer is scheduled.  However, I don't remember if I'd deleted one or one one scheduled.  On Ice TV., they seem identical

Again, only one (well, there are more on various days, but that is another matter) but, again, I don't remember if i'd deleted one, or only one got scheduled.  I am nearly sure that, in cases like these, both are scheduled to record
I did a lot of deleting in the last few days

I was answering each question, instead of reading to the end  :P  Anyway, managed to open the right browser page, but not technical enough to figure out how to grab the ones you need, so sorry, have to give you the whole lot

The duplicates are there in that timer list, all without descriptions and the duplicates didn't fire - perhaps you disabled them instead if deleting?

Unfortunately, that timer list doesn't know anything about IceTV so it doesn't include the Ice TimerID field.
Can you use File Commander (MENU>>Sources / Files) to navigate through Internal Flash>>etc>>enigma2 and copy the "timers.xml" file from the V2 either to your NAS, or to one of the "Movie" shares on the MicroSD card or USB drive, and then you can retrieve it from there using Windows File Explorer?

That's a bug for sure, I'd say at the IceTV end.

Bug I reckon (no "forget" issued by the IceTV scheduling server).

If IceTV wants to change an existing timer, all it needs to do are to re-send the timer with the details altered and the same timer id. It can do the same by doing a "forget" then a new timer id, but that isn't necessary.

I have some logs of a doubled timer that I can give to Daniel Hall when he has some time, after the database update is done.

Thank you both.
I will wait and see what happens.   The repeats haven't disappeared after Monday, I presume they won't disappear today, so see what happens tomorrow.  I won't delete anything else, until after it recorded.  Have plenty of room now, so don't have to worry about running out of room

For any duplicates/double ups, you could disable the incorrect timer(s).  Check the IceTV guide for the program event start time, then identify the correct timer based on your pre-padding setting
e.g.  Grand Designs, start 19:42, less (e.g.) 6 mins pre-padding -> timer start of 19:36, so disable the other timer of 19:34.

For any repeats that were incorrectly scheduled, you can also disable those timers too.

csutak40

LOL  I apparently disabled the wrong one for Graham Norton.  It was out by a mile, actually missed the last few minutes of the program (and I have 20 minutes padding) (and a repeat followed straight after, which I have also deleted)  ;D

Judy

Battlebots this week are apparently all repeats.

NCIS  (10 Bold) Monday 1 Feb, 7:30pm is the repeat of s3,ep11 called "Model Behavior" (are we correcting the spelling in Aus?)
NCIS  (10 HD)   Tuesday 2 Feb, 9pm is s18,ep4 called "Sunburn".

Lisa

Hi There,

thankyou for your emiail....NCIS is all fixed with Aussie spelling of course  :) and new ep entered for 2Feb.
Will make sure Battlebots has the R flag in place!

cheers,  Lisa
