We just got round to watching the recording we made a few weeks ago of Movie: Wonder Woman (2017). The synopsis says: "Diana leave with him and finds herself in the middle of WWII". The movie is set in WWI, not WWII. Also, should be "leaves", not "leave".

Hi prl,

Noted, though I hope the spelling and date errors didn't spoil your enjoyment?

It had been recommended to me, otherwise I probably wouldn't have watched it. It was OK, but I didn't think all that much of it, but that had nothing to do with the IceTV synopsis. It could have probably been edited down by about a third and not lost anything.

I did a bit of a doubletake when I saw Steve Trevor crash in what was clearly a WWI, not a WWII, aircraft (Fokker Eindecker, as it turns out).

Apparently the comic book series starts with Diana and Trevor meeting during WWII. Perhaps that's where the error came from.
