Wollongong download error

Hi Guys,

Have tried manual download for two days, and the only channel populated with data is ABC

download works fine, but just no channel data.

anyone else with same problem?

Hi Timbo,

I just checked this out and it seems that your account has expired and therefore you are just getting the "ABC (Sample)" data.

renewed subscription and all is fine

no email reminder for renewal?

There is, but until recently this did not include all coupon subscriptions, this was only changed in the last week or so and would have missed your account expiry.
