Channel 12 and Channel 13 not showing up in guide - Darwin - Humax HDR-7500T

Hi,

As stated in subject line there is no guide information for channels 12 and 13.
I have the NT - Darwin Region selected for guide and have just completed a reset to default settings.
This has caused my output volume to be reduced to ridiculously low levels, but that's another issue.
Your assistance would be appreciated.

Have just checked the guide via website and Channel 10 HD DDT isn't listed. Looks like the guide has problems with all the Channel 10 channels.
Note: volume problem solved - needed to use the hard buttons on the pvr to up the overall output volume to the receiver.
