Some time ago I had the option to record any show on any channel whether it was first run or repeat at a specific time. I had this option in the Android app and on the web site.

I want to create a recording for repeat recording of Australian Story on ABC HD at 10:30 each Thursday. I used to be able to do this and expect I could  except that there is no channel or time selection in "Create Keyword Recording or Favourite".

Is there a way to do this?

One of your old posts mentions a Beyonwiz T2.  If you still have that, then you can set up an AutoTimer definition to automatically generate a timer for the Thursday showing of Australian Story (or the Tuesday airing on ABC News).

No, not through IceTV.
The simplest is to use the "OpenWebif" web browser interface (to access the web server running on the Beyonwiz) and set up an AutoTimer definition for the program.
Access OpenWebif from your computer browser with the URL of (usually) http://beyonwizt2 (or alternatively http://{IP-address-of-T2} if you've a dumb router).
Click on "AutoTimer" in the left-hand column, then click on "+ Add" button in the "AutoTimer Edit" pane, then enter the criteria as shown in the link below.
Then click the "Save" button, and either wait for up to 30 mins for the AutoTimer plugin to run and parse the definition(s) against the EPG data and generate the timer, or click on the "Parse" button to have it done immediately (wait for the result to appear in the banner on the bottom of the screen, it'll be quick as you've only one definition :)).

Another method is to use the T2's EPG and locate the program event for Australian Story for the Thursday morning showing (or Tuesday night if you prefer), and then press BLUE/Add AutoTimer.
The "Import AutoTimer" screen will then show.  Untick the "Match timespan" option by pressing OK to toggle it.  Then press GREEN/OK.
The "Edit AutoTimer" screen will now display to allow you to add/change other criteria, but you don't need to change any of that as the simple criteria from the initial screen is all you need - so just press GREEN/OK.  Wait a few seconds for the AutoTimer plugin to parse the definitions against the EPG data.  Then a popup should appear stating one timer was added.
Job done.
