PimpMyMCE not padding out Timers???

Tonight the Following shows didn't have any padding applied:

spicks & specks ABC
the chaser ABC
the robinsons ABC

and the following did:
at the movies ABC
without a trace

keep in mind I have 4 active tuners so overlapping timers is not an issue at all. ???

Quad Tuner 7MC box now replaced by 2x TiVo's HD's by order of the Wife!
