Shows for ABC Channel 2/21 are shown in the program guide 1hour and 40 minutes after they are supposed to be aired.  All the other channels are correct except for ABC Channel 2/21.  If you try and schedule a record on ABC 2/21 it schedules it for the show but 1hour 40mins too late. Have also reported this problem in Other Section

I think you'll also find some errors in SBS at least. For example a repeat of Inspector Montalbano 'Mirror Effect' is currently scheduled for 2.45 am Thursday 5 April. Both the FTA EPG and SBS program guide have it as showing at 1.45 am Thursday 5 April.

This may be true.  Have only checked EPG at 7:00pm on a single night for all channels.  At this time ABC Channle 2/21 is dealyed by 1 hour 40 mnutes and the rest of the Channles show correct air time.  ABC Channel 2 /21 is incorrect for all time slots by 1 hour 40 minutes. However the EPG shown in Ice Interactive shows the correct air time for ABc Channel 2/21. It just seems to be the EPG sent to the recorder that is incorrect for Channel ABC 2/21 plus any recorded TV shows as well.

I see that the repeat of Inspector Montalbano 'Mirror Effect' is now correctly scheduled both in the IceTV TV Guide and My Week. I think you may well find that the discrepancies for Channel ABC 2/21 have either been cleaned up now, or are in the process of being cleaned up.

Hi Guys,

We are definitely working through all issues with the guide now.

In terms of the ABC issue with Media Center, this could be a trickier one to chase down. Can you see a particular point where it goes wrong starting from the current time, or is all the guide that is currently listed for ABC out of whack?

Generally if the Media Center guide is out like that there is a gap in the guide that hasn't been filled in with a TBA.

Looks like entire ABC Channel 2/21 EPG in the media centre is out of whack by 1 hour 40 minutes.  7:00 pm shows as 8:40 pm. This looks as if it is the only Channel to be showing incorrectly. Think it may be traced back to Monday evening. Scheduled programs before this recorded correctly for ABC Channel 2/21. Nothing recorded on Channel ABC2/21 since 7:30 pm Monday night. All the other channels in  Media Centre EPG look correct. Just all ABC Channel 2/21 entries are delayed by 1 hour 40 minutes in the entire media centre EPG. EPG in Ice Interactive is correct for ABC Channel 2/21.

Ok, it looks like I have found and removed the offending show (it was around midnight this morning, but this would still affect the Media Center guide).

The guides for Media Center will be regenerated at 4:15pm, if you force an update of the guide within IceTV Interactive after this time it should fix everything back up.

Tried it at 17:00 pm and still no better. Created a manual recording in the media centre for 5:40 pm and it shows up in Ice Interactive as a recording at 4:00 pm, precisely 1 hour 40 mins difference.  Looks as if there is a 100-minute offset on programs for ABC Channel 2/21.   Ice Interactive EPG sent to the media Centre has a 1 hour 40 minute or 100-minute shift to a later time. Programs scheduled to record on ABC Channel 2/21 are also sent to the Media centre to record 1 hour 40 minutes later.  Looking at the log of communications between Ice Interactive and the media centre, the time of scheduled recording is sent to the media centre 100 minutes after its correct time, but as the EPG in the media centre also has this 100 minute offset it shows the program as going to record 100 minutes later.  However, when the incorrect time arrives for the delayed scheduled recording to start it does not start as I think it determines that the program details in the Tv signal do not match the EPG and the recording is cancelled.

The guide files for Media Center have just been re-generated, please try updating again, if the guide is still wrong you might need to clear the cached guide in Media Center to get it working again.

However as the show was this morning, once the guide is pruned by Media Center tomorrow morning it might then come good as well (it depends on whether you have something recording on ABC tonight as to whether its worth clearing the cache and re-setting it up).

Reset Media Centre and initialzed everything. All came good.  Checked log and problems started after midnight when you say the EPG problem originated.  Thanks for your help. Not sure if it would have come good on its own or if reseting Media Centre helped. Will never know, but it is working now.
