Phone support on holidays?

I've been having trouble now for a couple of weeks trying to get some initial install issues sorted on my 6000 with the ICE TAP. So my subscription is going to waste.

Is the phone support always that busy that I only get the voice mail system? Is there ever a good time to call?

I don't want to cancel my subscription as I'm looking forward to the system working.

Any suggestions about getting through? Morning, evening midday calling times?



They have always answered within 1 minute when I call the 1300 number.
I rang last Thursday and they answered within 3 rings during the day.


Ok, I'll try first thing Monday....
