Doctor Who 'Doctor Who: The Ultimate Companion' (ABC2 01:30 Tue Jun 20) isn't an episode of Doctor Who (it's been given the same IceTV series_id as the current Doctor Who series), it's a "making of" show being shown on a different channel from the one showing the current series.

It's not a series, it's a one off.

I think that it's also a repeat, since it I'm pretty sure I've seen it, it was made in 2014, and it's being shown in the wee hours of the morning. However, the ABC guide doesn't mark it as a repeat (which, I guess is why it's not shown as a repeat on IceTV).
