Dr Who record request not sent through to T4 unit

Just a heads-up: I have a long standing series recording set for Dr Who. 

Discovered tonight that the recording request had not been sent through to my T4 unit despite being current on IceTV.  All other items set to record have been sent through to the unit as far as I can tell.

Any ideas?

Update: As a side note, Whovians 8:30pm ABC2 was listed as a repeat when it should be a first run.

I'm in the Brisbane broadcast area.
