Channel 7 gone missing?!

Any tips on how to fix my issue of Channel 7 just disappearing off my channel guide - ie. "no data available" is now displayed for all the Channel 7 channels.  I read there is a hotfix for Vista so have requested this (why isn't this just automatically available for download??) - and how do I fix the channels without have to reinstall the IceTV software - as the instructions don't really make sense to me having already been set up.

Our understanding is the hotfix from Microsoft has not been through full regression testing as yet, once this is complete it will be available as a download from there website. (more details at http://www.icetv.com.au/cgi-bin/websupport.cgi?op=show_faq&faq_id=91&faq_cat_id=21)

Once this is done you just need to setup the guide again within Media Center, you don't have to re-install the IceTV application, just re-run the "Setup Guide Listings" menu option from within Media Center (you should then also run through "Edit Channels" and "Add Listings to Channel").
