Disconnected from IceTV since 9 Dec & no support to resolve it

I have been disconnected from the IceTV service since 9 Dec. Ive had one email from Dave on 14 Dec with instructions that didn't work. Ive written multiple emails to alert them and heard nothing. I have been a customer for five years and this email only way to getting help doesn't work. I am so frustrated. Why hasn't anyone contacted me? We're pissed off as this happens every time there is a technical glitch. So as asked repeatedly, please call me to work through the problem over the phone.

After calling mjf68 we needed to apply the WiFi settings to get it the recorder to connect to the network again.
