Lucy: synthetic drug induces comma?

Synopsis for "Lucy" (Prime Seven ACT, Wed 28 Sep 20:30):

After synthetic the drug Lucy is transporting illegally, leaks into her body, it does strange things to her mind, liberating her inner super-warrior.

What's that first comma doing there? Also, What should be made of "After synthetic the drug..."? ;)
