Ultimate Factories

Over the last month I have been having issues with Ultimate Factories on 7Mate here in Adelaide. I had a series recording set up on Skippa for first runs only but the show would be shown to be recorded and then I could at times go back again and find the show had been deleted.  I then changed it to first runs and repeats, deleting any recordings I didn't want and this seemed to solve the problem.  Last week I had my first 'failed to record' email for some time for an episode last Thursday and then another for the next day.  The strange thing is that this show on Friday did actually record.  I am wondering if the problem is with the listed title as both these shows were actually Mega Factories (which I also have a series recording set up for) and not Ultimate Factories as in the guide.  There is also another show called Super Factories and they all seem to be interrelated.
