EPG Guide not showing

First time poster so forgive me if I have this in the wrong place.

STB -> Topfield TRF-2400
Application Version TF-BCPF 2.02.00
Last Updated Aug 4 2014

I was a user of IceTV until problems last year (I was on the free trial) - seemed to work OK.

Today I decided to join up and pay - and did so about an hour and a half ago.  Since then I have been trying to get the EPG to display but can't (previously it was ok on the trial - albeit I had to wait several minutes for it to display).  Today I can't get it to display at all.  I have followed the setup guide but nothing gives (except it seems to cause the STB to reboot a lot)

I can confirm it is connected to the Internet as I can use the portal and see the weather/facebook etc. 

Any help would be appreciated

Hi Warwick,

Your Topfield is downloading the guide and schedules. The 1 and only scheduled failed due to an 'invalid service' error - check that your Topfield has SBS2 on channel 32.

If the guide is still blank it could be because your account had duplicate channels enabled with the same channel number (aka LCN). I have disabled Prime Northern (and TVS because TVS is dead). https://www.icetv.com.au/cgi-bin/webmembers.cgi

Ideally you should setup just 1 set of channels (Central Coast channels or Sydney channels) but not both. Currently your account has both area's channels enabled. Too many channels can cause a Topfield to stop updating the guide and schedules.

- If you receive a good signal for the Sydney channels and you prefer the Sydney channels you should change the region to Sydney.
- Or if you prefer the Central Coast channels you should disable all of the Sydney channels.
