Vista and video

Another query...

The Nvidia drivers for Vista (97.46) don't have an option for TV setting adjustments. As such you can't set resolution to 720p.

Instead, it picks up my Acer 42in LCD TV's native13 x 7 resolution. I always thought I'd prefer this because there's no overscan. But panning shots in TV and video judder noticeably.

It's a new test TV so I'm not sure if it's a bad panel. Is this something that dodgy vdeo drivers would cause. I've Nvidia 6600 with a DVI to HDMI cable.

Anyone?
