IceTV Support No Response

Hi all,
Has anyone had difficulties getting a response from Ice TV Support lately.  I have tried to contact them via phone, email and their website and no one will come back to me?

Getting rather frustrated.

Hi Greg,

Support replied to your email 2 days ago, with a question that you have not replied to yet.

Be aware that our support system will send the reply to the email address that is in your IceTV 'Support' account, even if you sent the email from a different address or the address in your IceTV account is different. So the reply would have gone to your tpg address and not your gmail address.

Thanks for getting back to me.  Deleted the old email account out of my profile and have replied to the support request.
