My Week not showing recordings

I have just discovered the world of IceTV after moving from TiVo.

I am having some issues with scheduling recordings.  I tried my first one last night through the website and it worked perfectly. 

I tried scheduling one this morning however and I am having problems.  It appeared on "My Week" initially as a Queued Single Recording.  I checked again later and it is no longer there.  I know the PVR is not the issue as it has been turned off the entire time.

What might causes the recording to drop off My Week?
