I have all my series recordings set to record first run episodes only.  I noticed last night it recorded NCIS LA that was a repeat.  Just checked, it is set to record another ep tonight, as well as NCIS (also a repeat)  I checked the settings, in case my resident poltergeist changed them, but they are still set at "first run"
