Topfield 2400 and 7Mate Wollongong

Hi,

Question 1:   I have a Topfield 2400 and live in Wollongong, NSW.  When I log into IceTV using the Topfield, I get 23 Services, including 34, 63, 64 and 84 which have no content. I have deleted all of these except 63 which is TVMate Wollongong.

Why is this 'empty', and how can I populate it.

Question 2:   No matter how many times I reset to Factory Default, rescan services and resend the IceTV EPG, I cannot reflect the IceTV list in the Topfield EPG.  Any ideas?

Geoff,

Make sure that '7mate on Prime' is set to 63 in My Account (you currently have it set to 60)

It looks like you also get the Sydney channels as apart from the Wollongong channels you also have the following Sydney channels enabled: 7, 72, 73, 9, 10, 11 and 44.

If you experience any issues where the Topfield stops setting reservations you should disable: 7, 72, 73, 9, 10 and 11 (as they are mostly just duplicates of 6, 62, 63, 8, 5 and 55). You can keep 44, unless you cannot pick it up in which case you should disable it.
