No Guide, or Errors for Prime or Eleven on ch55

For regional customers:

If you are not getting a guide on your Topfield, or you are not getting any reservations, or you are getting errors in My Week for your recordings on Prime or Eleven, then please check your channel settings here:

Regional customers will notice that there is now Prime Northern and Prime Southern in their account and that both are enabled. You cannot have both enabled as they both use the same channel numbers (6, 60 and 61).

The same goes for Eleven and SC Eleven. For regional areas channel Eleven is on ch55 and you cannot have Eleven and SC Eleven both enabled on ch55.

Disable either Eleven or SC Eleven, and disable either Prime Northern or Prime Southern. Then save the changes.

The differences between the channels are:

SC Eleven has an Infomercial at 3pm, which is the only programming difference to Eleven.

Prime Northern has Local news at 6pm followed by National News.
Prime Southern has National News at 6pm followed by Today Tonight.
