Hi guys, does anyone know if there's plans to make the 7170 ICE TV compatible?

No plans that I am aware of.  It would be up to Topfield.

When the 7170 first came out I suggested to Toppro that they do an Iced version. I was told they had no intention of doing so. :(. So I got a refurbished 7100+ instead.
IceTV: IceBox + BYOB IceBox + 2xTRF-2400 + 2xTF7100HDPVRtPlus + SKIPPA [RIP] + T2 + U4 + V2
No IceTV: a few Toppys and T2
