Suggestion - select Show Series when a guide entry is a Series

The IceTV Guide now flags TV series with a Series flag after the genre flags.

Suggestion: when an IceTV guide entry not selected as a recording is opened by clicking on it, select "Show Series Options" by default if it's flagged as a Series, and Hide Series Options by default if it's not. The "Show" and "Hide" buttons should remain in the entry details; the suggestion is just about what shows as a default.
