Missing One HD guide

I am using Windows 7 and ICE TV for guide info. I live in Sydney. All channels are scanned and are working (including all new channels).

However, I have no guide data for One HD.
Any ideas? Tried a resin and it didn't help.

You should check and ensure that under the My Account section of the website you don't have One HD disabled.
