Prime EPG data missing for Newcastle

Hi guys,
There doesn't seem to be any EPG data for Prime Newcastle. All the other channels seem ok.

Any ideas?

Hi

I can see Prime data for the Central Coast region in our guide up to and including October 16. You could try updating again but if that doesn't work it's best to call support on 1300 654 803. They can talk you through any technical issues.

tried a number of things - none of which wokred .. clearing caches, resending data etc..

when i checked it much later on sunday night, there was data there .. no idea why it wasn't showing up earlier

i'll post here again if it disappears .. :)

I don't think "resend" on IceTV forces a resend of EPG data. Anyway, "resend" doesn't actually mean "resend", it means more "next time the PVR contacts me, send all the timers, not just the changed ones".

EPG updates are normally only sent once an hour. Did you leave enough time for one to be sent?
