ABC News 24 is on channel 20?

Where I live (Wollongong), ABC News 24 is on channel 20 not 24... and therefore there is nothing in the EPG for ABC News 24. Is there any fix for this? Every time I rescan channels it's still on Channel 20.

It might help just a little bit if you could say what PVR you are talking about.

I would say it is LCN24 in Wollongong also, but some PVRs require the channels to be deleted before rescanning, as they don't detect the change properly even with a rescan (Topfield 5K I think was like this for any broadcaster where they don't alter PIDs when adding channels).
If it is a Beyonwiz or Topfield, press the list button during live TV (middle OK button on the Toppy for older remotes without the list written on the OK key), and follow the onscreen menu to list and delete the respective channel, and then rescan.
