.wtv Media player

Media centre records Tv programs in .wtv file format. Does anybody know of a media player (apart from Linksys) that plays this format.
I have set up a WD Live TV media player but freezes if you use the FF or FR. It works perfectly with .avi file.
Is anybody using a Linksys DMA 2100 or 2200 with there Media Centre if so please let me know results/ any problems.
