Cant load Guide - Exception System.IO.FileNotFound Exception

Hi All,

Vista worked fine for me but as a Media Center builder im having hell trouble with Win7 and IceTV.

Ok ... followed the current posted guide from the home page and I get the following error with Win 7 64 bit.

Severity Warn,

Exception System IO.FileNotFoundException - Could not load file or assembly 'System.Core. Version=3.5.0.0 Culture=netural, PublicKeyToken=<token is here but i wont list it> or one of its dependancies.  The system cannot find the file specified.

Did a reinstall same thing ..

Suggestions?

Im using the administrator account and im going to turn off a few things clean out the reg (but its a new install) and try again ... lets see

PS - I have the latest full release version of IceTv Interactive.

Ok fixed

This is what i did.

Disbled UAC Etcs
Administrator login (full --> secpol.msc --> admin account)
Uninstall Icetv
Regclean
reboot
setup TV again in MC
Delete all channels
Rescan again
exit MC
run Icetv (to a different Directory)
Log looked good so i knew i was onto a winner
Checked the guide in MC - A OK.

Id love to know what the error meant though ..
