I don't believe this is a repeat, the show description suggest it is a first run.

The IceTV ACT guide shows United States of Tara as a first run on ABC1 2130 Wed 30 Sep, and as a repeat on ABC2 2130 Thu 1 Oct. That's correct, according to the ABC guide. ABC2 is showing The Dark Side of Fame - Mickey Rourke at 2130 Wed 30 Sep (IceTV and ABC guide agree).
