tf7100 Recording on wrong channel

Every so often my scheduled records will record oneHD instead of the channel they are on,
All scheduled records are set to record the show from the 1 channel only
It has happened for a number of different scheduled records from different channels but they all record on oneHD instead of the proper channel
I was running the 20081029 Firmware so tried updating to the current 20090317 and rescanned all channels but it is still happening

Any help would be appreciated
