High Bandwidth Use

I have a windows vista media centre (a DELL XPS 420) that is dedicated for TV only.  That is, there are no additional applications running, except for AVG and ICETV.

Over the last two weeks it has been chewing through the bandwidth (up to 3GB per day!) and all I can think it is ICE TV.  It seems to download the guide ok and otherwise working.  Have done a full format and reinstall, and still have the same issue.  Have conducted virus scans, and there is nothing.  Uploads don't seem to be effected, only downloads.

IceTV downloads would be tiny.

There must be another cause.
