Updated channel listing causing problems

Hi,

I've been using the 7100 and IceTV for a while now without a problem, until a few days ago when I decided to follow IceTV's recent advice to rescan for Ten's change to introduce the new ONE channel.  So I made sure I had the latest firmware (20090112), reset the settings and scanned for the channels again.  Unfortunately this is where it all went wrong - I now have duplicate channels for most of the channels scanned (so I have 1,1,7,7,9,9,10,10,etc).  IceTV EPG downloads fine but none of the timings get picked up despite resending them many times.  I've repeatedly reset the settings, rebooted, scanned, setup in hope that I could get it to work again, but it doesn't.

If anyone has any suggestions or solutions I'd be very grateful.

Either manually delete the extra channels or do a full factory reset and start from scratch. Annoying I know but sometimes the best way to fix problems...

Also, for me I have found the October firmware the most stable. This may not be the case for you but thought I would mention it.
