Interactive Support for Media Portal

I am a new user of IceTV and I am using it with Media Port V1.00.
It is all working fine but I would like to use the Remote Interactive feature but Media Portal is not listed.
I notice that there was a previous enquiry back in May 2008 about the same issue.
Is there any plan to support Interactive for Media Portal?
